Meet Randy McGuit:
With over forty years of artistic ability under his belt, Randy's parents knew that he had a God given talent as a young boy. At the age of 7, Randy was alraedy accomplished at pencil portraits. Randy would draw pictures of his environment, including his parents friends.
Randy soon became a well known young man in his community One of his favorite things to draw as a teenager was automobiles, which became reality in adulthood, owning very saught after vehicles. As he grew up he became very involved in body building. After graduating from Appalachain University, with a degree in adult education and art expression, he hit the body building circuit to enter competition. During his competitive days, he worked as art instructor at, Anson Community College, South Piedmont Community College and The Ella Fitzgerald Senior Center.
Having frequent jobs lettering signs and painting portraits, landed him the job of hand lettering the very first Heilig Meyer signs. In fact, Randy has created most of the older signs (which are still very ledgible) and can be found today in Monroe Noth Carolina. In the span of fifteen years, Randy has been collaborating withThe Flag Factory,currently Dunn Manufacturing, and has produce award winning flag designs. Having his work distributed throughout the world, has been a great achievment. Randy is currently retired from the 9-5 public arena and enjoys painting and creating commisioned masterpiece portraits in Mineral Springs. portrait by Randy----->
